These patches
are all individually embroidered on the correct OD twill backing.
Each patch is slightly different since they are done by hand on a sewing
machine, which is exactly the way original patches were made. These
are identical to patches made locally in Vietnam and used in large numbers
by US troops due to the initial short supply of US made subdued on twill
patches in country. All patches are stamped "REPRO" on the
back.

M-1944 Insulated Food
"Marmite" Cans- Designed to keep chow hot from the field
kitchen to the front lines, these cans were used during WW2, Korea,
Vietnam, and even Desert Storm. These have a rubber gasket and
locking lid to keep the contents either hot or cold. One of the best
coolers ever made (a beer or soda can fits perfectly and can be stacked
inside). These are original government issue and are in good
condition. 1970's and 80's dates. Most have instruction labels
and some are unit marked. We have these with and without the
inserts. Postage is extra on these due to the size. E-mail

Vietnam Era Helmet
Covers- Someone started calling these "Mitchell" pattern
covers, but I've never heard anyone but dealers call them that. This
is the standard reversible camo helmet cover used with the M-1 Helmet from
about 1963 through the 1970's. These are original with various nam
era dates. Condition is good/very good.

M1956 or M1961 Butt
Packs- Technically called a field pack, these were part of the M-1956
web gear system . We have both the original M-1956 pack with the ear
flaps and the later M1961 pack with the rubberized collar. Condition
is used serviceable, perfect for that seasoned grunt look.

M-1956 Ammo Pouches-
Officially called Universal pouches, these could hold 4 M-16 Mags, 2 M-14
Mags, a bandoleer of Garand Ammo, or two grenades inside as well as 2
grenades outside. Condition is used serviceable, perfect for that seasoned
grunt look.

Normally 2 of these were carried in Vietnam. They were also used as
ammo or grenade pouches. Condition is used serviceable, perfect for that

Pouches- Used to carry either the individual dressing packet or the

Carrier - Used to carry the M-1949 Sleeping Bad on the back of the
M-1956 suspenders. Used in Vietnam to carry the poncho and
